We had a yellow jackets nest next to our children’s swing set that we discovered when a family member was stung 16 times. After over two weeks and seven calls, auburn’s Orkin provided a “the error is on our part. We’ll be there in two days.” For their part, they did actually show up this time. But, despite getting bimonthly treatments and being customers for some time now, they performed horribly. I do not recommend their services.
