Tech did not treat the inside of the home. He was not informed as to how to gain entrance. The home is a vacation home. It is often not occupied. Passed techs were trained as to how to gain entry. This most recent visit should be discounted.
We have waited a total of 12 hours for service.They canceled the first day at 4:00 after waiting all day. We have now waited 4 hours for service that was supposed to be at 11:00 and it’s now 3:00. Not very good customer service.
We've had a great experience so far with Orkin, and specifically Theodore who has been the one inspecting the house and laying mouse traps. He’s efficient and answers any questions that we have. Most importantly, we’ve already seen a significant decrease in the amount of mice that were getting into our basement. Very happy with the service!
