I have been with Orkin for years (since Nov 2020). I had an issue with wasps entering my home. I called another company who insisted that wasps could not be in my home. Until I sent a picture. They came out and did a partial treatment which did not rectify the matter. I called Orkin who initially came and while it was verified that I did have wasps they couldn't tell how they got in so it was just left as is. My husband and I just bought a new house in a very wooded area and had some concern for some mice. We called to schedule and the tech was out within 24 hrs and was so kind and helpful. He educated us and helped us understand different aspects of how the services work. Could not recommend more!
