Only reason for 4 stars is because the service was delayed by 2 weeks. But I did get a discount for the inconvenience which was great.
Jose is a great and respectful, knowledgeable, and informative employee.
We originally called Orkin due to an infestation of carpenter ants. They not only took care of that, but also our carpenter bee problem. On subsequent visits they have taken care of yellow jackets, ground bees, tiny ants and spiders. DeShannon gets a five stars from us! He is professional, polite, curtious, and very efficient. He always has a smile and a kind word.
The service provider and technician, Justin was outstanding! Very professional! I look forward to using Orkin service as soon as possible. I would highly recommend Justin as a service provider for anyone who is looking for quality exterminating services.
