I cannot not speak on efficacy as it was only the first treatment today. What I can say is the young man that came to my house was professional and helpful. He targeted all the bad areas inside the home and did a thorough placement outside the home. He did not rush through things even though he had other jobs on the docket for the day. Michael, thank you for your time and wish you all the luck with your future endeavors!
EDIT: Obi left awhile ago and so did another technician who did a good job. The performance of the work is entirely determined by your technician, and the good ones don't last long. I'll probably be moving on, just like the good techs have. We have used Orkin’s quarterly home treatment services for a couple years now and would highly recommend it.
