Had annual termite and rodent inspection. I was Impressed with the inspection Devin Nightengale did. He was extremely thorough and informative and professional.
Would give zero stars if I could. Called on Friday and left a voicemail, got a call back from Cody on Saturday who said they could get someone out Monday morning to help address a critter running around in our ceiling. The two hour window comes and goes and nobody shows up, and when I call to try to get ahold of someone they say they show no record of an appointment and the local office is “backed up with calls and won’t answer right now.” So there’s nothing they can do but leave a message for someone to reach out to me.
