They don't kill one pest and show up at different times then scheduled so they don't actually treat your home ever. The inspector called them to come out because of the trail of ants on the front porch trailing into the house. No one came. I bought some pest control on Amazon that got rid of the ants in most places within a day. Orkin also tells you that you have dive holes in the insulation in the attic an that they'll suck out everything caulk, and put a cage over the ridge vent for a tidy sum of 20 k.
