Very Professional.
Still have a few ants inside but not nearly as bad. Jim was very nice and did a great job. Just hoping the ants will be gone for good.
No phone call ahead of time. No door knock to indicate arrival. Nor a door knock to brief the results of the bait station inspection. Some level of communication would have been appreciated to instill confidence that work was actually performed
