Multiple times they have not replaced the glue traps they placed. I "contacted them directly" about the problem and requested they contact me. Complete silence from their end. Orkin in illinois also took a duster around the outside of the property to get rid of spider webs. Since i moved to missouri they have not done that a single time. Trevor was very knowledgeable and professional. He explained the plan throughly and that was very helpful. My only concern was he sprayed the bug spray in front of most of my furniture versus behind the furniture. Maybe that’s the new way to spray , I’m not sure but I didn’t like it . Also , the brown bait that he used was literally plastered on things I use daily. I didn’t noticed until after he left and I did my walk through.
