My advice is to call someone else! I paid a hefty $5,700.00 for them to clean my attic. I ask them specifically if they found any bats up there. No sign of bats they said. Apparently one got trapped in the wall while they were cleaning the attic. I have had a bat in my house for 7 months and they couldn’t find it. Adam was great to work with!
Called well ahead of time to cancel my appointment and they said it’s canceled. Regardless, they didn’t actually cancel and the guy showed up anyways while I wasn’t there! My parents let him in not knowing, and he inspected my room without me being present. Total violation.
