I had my MacBook stolen by a tech and nothing was done. Once I advised the supervisor about this matter he stopped answering the phone.
Keith is great and does a very thorough job when spraying my units. I haven’t had any pest problems while working with him or Orkin and plan to use them in the years ahead as long as they keep up the great work!

Scheduled 2 appointments for yearly inspection. No one showed. First time no one told me they could not make it. Was told they were sick. Rescheduled and no one showed the second time. Asked for my contract to be suspended. Was charged for annual fee. Asked for reimbursement and to date have not received any reimbursement for the yearly subscription that I have canceled over the phone and via email.
