Manager and branch is horrific!!! -100 stars!! They come when they went or don't come when they want. I'm getting billed for times they haven't come and they put me into collections. The office says the manager is always out in the field when I call and I tell the office person for him to call me back and he hasn't the 3 times I've called. Update 3 weeks later - I was told my their "collections team" to talk with the regional manager and I called and left my information again and he still hasn't called after a few days!
Very knowledgeable serviceman was excellent Jose was his name inwoukd definitely ask for him.
Orkin was great!!! Our exterminator Justin listened and answered all our questions and did a great job in our initial session. We feel very comfortable with them
Great consultation and initial treatment. Don was really engaging, informative and thorough. He more than made up for their initial scheduling snafu. Looking forward to an going relationship with Orkin
For my first visit, the technician did not indicate when they were coming, called 6 times from an unknown number, showed up outside of the agreed time, did not explain anything or provide any feedback as expected from the representative who sold us the contract/ agreement. Very disappointed with Orkin.
