Terrible experience. They made the issue worse, they reschedule your appointments without any notice and you’ve already taken off of work (multiple times). You can’t speak to anyone who can actually help you they just pretend to escalate and never call you back. Shawn Harkness is the branch manager who hasn’t helped me nor does regional call you.
Was nice prompt and professional. Really detailed the area spaces that needed to be done .
Orkin is ok, just to many changes when it comes to exterminator.
