The service is wonderful and all of the technicians are very friendly and accommodating. The only area I feel Orkin needs improvement in is their mosquito repellent products.
This company will make an appointment to do a service and blatantly not show up or call. I consider this the most disrespectful business dealings. How unprofessional. I take time off work for you not to show up. And this has happened several times over the past year.
