We bought our house in February 2025, and signed up with Orkin to address some signs of mice, plus to secure ongoing pest control. The reason I give 2 stars instead of 1 is because they do seem to have successfully addressed the mouse situation (assuming their work holds up through the winter). However, for ongoing "pest control" we have been incredibly disappointed and cancelled after our last "treatment". Marcel is always professional.
They don't answer their phones at the office and don't return calls even after leaving a message. Service tech rushed thru our service, seemingly getting mad when asking him to spray where I wanted and needed. I want to give our tech , George, that comes to our house, 5 Stars.. super friendly and always listens to our concerns and takes care of our problem. Thanks George.
