It was easy to make an appointment with Orkin and servicing was prompt. I appreciated my technician, Mike Salem, who analyzed how serious my problem was (turned out to be a small issue), what basic services Orkin provided and what came at additional costs. It was helpful to get his honest assessment so that I could determine what level of service i likely needed. I also appreciated the follow up service I received.
