Very competent
I love knowing that an Orkin tech will be at our home to help keep spiders and rats out of my yard and house. We always get great support, even with sudden invasions of ants or any other pest. Orkin customer service reps are kind and helpful.
The agent/expert that came out to inspect and treat our home was very professional. Believe his name was Rich/Richard. He’s been with the company, I think he said only since last year, so not too long. But you can tell from the information he shared with my family that his knowledge about pest control and preventative measures was very in depth.
