Susan is knowledgeable and always very friendly. She communicates in advance of visits to see if we are have any specific pest issues on top of regular service she attends to. We really appreciate her thoroughness and proactive approach.
Mike arrived on time and he kept me informed of his arrival time. He did an excellent job cleaning the webs, and then spraying.
We've been using Orkin for years now to control ants around our house. Mike Salem, in particular, has done a fabulous job for us - always letting us know his timing, able to adjust his schedule if we need it, and willing to come out for an additional treatment if necessary (which isn't often). He's always polite and considerate of our needs.
