I’ve had an extremely frustrating experience with Orkin. We originally hired them to treat a pest problem, but despite them coming out weekly for 3/4 weeks, the issue was never resolved. Things became even worse when I contacted customer service to cancel my account. I was told the account would be canceled/paused and that I would not be charged again.
