Tomas was great
When I called I specified I wanted the wasp nests down and gone and that they needed to send a truck with a ladder. They did neither. They sent a tech out (I think his name was Darryl) who showed up with tags still on his shoes and his fly down. Darryl could've raised my home owner's insurance by recklessly falling on my property after not bringing a truck with a ladder. I can only imagine how many OSHA violations are in this picture - no PPE to protect him from the wasps or the potential for the liquid he was spraying to co... read more
David was very nice and did not rush. He listened to what I had to say and made sure he did all he could to cover the problem areas.
Eric was very efficient and personable. Arrived in timeframe previously communicated. Provided the service as expected. Well satisfied. Quarterly visit.
