Orkin missed termite damage at my house last year. Termite damage was found when replacing baseboards shortly after my initial inspection. To my untrained eye I thought it was old damage. Months later termites were found on the same wall coming through the sheet rock. I called Orkin twice a few days apart from one another for another Inspection request. They would not come back out to inspect my property for termites. I called the Bugman out of Lumberton and they hopped on it immediately.
