Mr. Barry is wonderful!! Excellent technician!! Very polite and patient!! The person who scheduled my appointment told me he added a note that I would not be home from work at the scheduled time and the technician would instead come to my home at the time I got home. Well the Orkin scheduler didn't put any notes for the technician to know that. But Barry still waited an extra hour for me to get home from work!! Barry is the best!!
Service tech(David) explained everything and check the whole house.
I have called and called about customer service and never get a local agent to address my needs.
Guys did a great job setting the termite stations. They were on-time & did what they said they were going to do. Hopefully we never have termites, but having the bait stations surrounding the house definitely takes one thing off our Worry List!
Called multiple times to have termite team come out and fix some bait traps. No one has showed up in 4 months of me calling. Terrible service in Panama City, FL
