Major issues with scheduling maintenance appointments. Feel like techs just show up without notices. This is not my primary home so we need communication before visits. My service gets broken up in two visits, one inside and now will have to reschedule for inside. No notices…big problem may have to look for other service if we can’t get this right. Use to never had any problems.
Libre was a very nice young man. He was professional and educated about his job. Im glad I called. Should of called sooner. We will have to wait and see if the bugs are gone. I sure hope so. Thanks again
