Yes they came out and put bait stations out and said they were gonna come back and spray something in the crawlspace of my home to kill some fungus that was growing under there. I never saw or heard from them again and if they came and sprayed then the spray hasn’t worked and the bait stations for termites haven’t worked either. I was cleaning out my flower beds the other day and found termites everywhere. Had to take action myself and go get spray and sprayed everything. Over priced service. Then the manager will tell you that he's required by law to service the home every 3 months even if the customer says no, and of course you get charged for it. They will put you on auto pay without telling you. Yeah they do good work, but are shady as hell. Find another service with better business ethics.
Called and they came out the next day! Really nice gentleman spayed and did the bait. The outside too!! Assured Me he'd be back in two weeks. Thank you Orkin!!
