I would highly recommend searching for alternate options in your area before reaching out to Orkin. I had a bat infestation in my attic that I was frantically trying to take care of. Orkin came in with a quote that seemed absurdly high, but I was desperate - so I went with it. The quote continued to rise from there as the salesman sneakily threw things like gutter guards and termite protection into the contract - granted poor on me for not reading them, but again I was desperate to get the bats out of my attic.
