My inspection was very thorough and exposed issues I never would’ve seen. Orkin proposed an affordable solution to my rodent infestation and it was scheduled for the following week. Very professional!
The guy that came out didn't say more than three words to us.He barely sprayed outside and didn't spray inside.He didn't speak come inside ask us if we had seen any bugs and didn't tell us when he left.He was probably at my house for exactly 5 minutes.Not to even mention the fact that they rescheduled my appointment last Friday to this Monday.They didn't bother showing up Monday, and waited till the last minute to send a reschedule text after I stayed at the house waiting on them.So no I am not satisfied with this service.
