Joshua was thorough, patient & conscientious. He explained what he will do on a quarterly basis & the process by which I can ask for service in between scheduled visits. Great first service!. Looking forward to the quarterly pest service from Orkin.
Daniel came and did the initial service yesterday. We discussed the problems we were having and he explained how he’s going to resolve the problems for me. My biggest problem was the flies and I have not seen one today!!! After he did the regular spraying, he placed some noninvasive and not scary looking traps around the garage to see what kind of bugs, if any, around so he could treat accordingly next time. What a concept!! Thumbs up!
The Orkin tech Cody made a thorough initial inspection and sensible recommendations. I especially appreciate the option for a no-charge return call if a problem re-appears.
