The knowledge, professionalism and easy-to understand details of what they would be doing, how often, cost, etc. made the whole experience wonderful! I asked a multitude of questions, and they were so patient and answered them thoroughly and with so much patience. (I asked A LOT!!!). We used Orkin in 2024 when another businesses could not perform the services we requested (and we paid for). I did my research and Orkin came up on top. Very disappointed with Orkin’s customer service. I needed to reschedule my annual termite inspection, but I was told it couldn’t be rescheduled at all. Customers should have reasonable flexibility for scheduling conflicts. I expected better communication and service. I paid $4k+ including the annual inspection & the customer service just telling me that if i reschedule it they wouldn't do it at all!
