Insisted to take my money when making apointment om phone (???). Showed up and took money up front, did not do the wotk. Wanted to come back the next day which cost me to stay for another hotel stay. Burnt and smoked to turn black a large wall area. Bees are still staying. Bees have never lelf my home. Orkin work had never terminated the bees as agreed. That's explained why they must took my money first thing and upfront, because they know tbey are NOT able to do their job. This Orkin company is a SCAMER.
Orkin keeps us vermin free. Jorge is fantastic and does a great job. Orkin is priced very reasonable. We love Orkin. Jorge always answers Voice mails and texts, he is the best. The office manager is very nice.
I rarely leave reviews, but this has been by far the worst experience I’ve ever had with any company. I’ve called Orkin multiple times and spoken with at least 4–5 different people. Everyone I’ve talked to has been polite and helpful in the moment, which I do appreciate—but unfortunately, there’s been little to no follow-through after those conversations.
