Long-time customer here...and soon to be a very dissatisfied former customer, I am giving them two stars because for the last ten years they actually have had techs that went above and beyond...but I am not sure what has happened to Orkin. The last few months, the service in Franklin County VT has been as terrible as it gets. Writing this review in hopes of saving others from the headaches that Orkin provided me. I would sincerely recommend AVOIDING this branch altogether. As many other reviews have noted, the charges associated with hiring Orkin were NOT explained well. I signed up for a quarterly treatment program which was advertised to cost $165 for one service per quarter. The first bill I received was for $220+ because it included an "initial service fee" that was not explained to me. Then, two months later I received a bill for another $16... read more
