I appreciate that Orkin was able to schedule a tech to come inspect and treat on the same day I reached out. Tyler was timely and professional. He listened to my concerns, answered my questions, and applied the initial interior and exterior treatments for our carpenter ant problem. I reserve judgement regarding the effectiveness of the treatments and subsequent applications since they have yet to be scheduled; today is literally day 1 and I have a limited frame of reference.

I was in desperate need of an intervention from a gang of aggressive Yellow Jackets. One of the aggressors stung me in the leg. Ouch! So, I reached out to Orkin and they had their service technician at my door step within a day. He quickly assessed the situation and dealt swiftly and completely with the removal of those pesky winged warriors! I’ve come to rely on Orkin for all my pesky winged and creepy crawler needs!
