I paid for orkin services, replaced my appliance at their request, and told them countless times I'm available on Saturdays. Called to see if I can get some help today and Steve was flippant and rude. Immediately upsetting considering all I've done on my end to remedy the situation. Additionally, the really good tech they sent out to me was from a different location and did not want to continue so they sent other techs.
