We had mice in our attic and Orkin quoted us an astronomical 9k to resolve the issue last summer—under the claim that with the attic totally resealed and reinsulated, there would absolutely be no more rodents. Fast forward 1 year and they are back. We called Orkin to come out and actually fix the problem this time. They are giving us the runaround saying they now need to reinsulate the basement for thousands of dollars (even though the mice are in the attic). Excellent and quick service. Technician was very polite and explained the process in a manner I could understand. Excellent experience. Looking forward to results.
I was told 1st visit would take about a hour. Spent less than a half hour. Some was my fault as tech couldn’t access all the base boards. Today I found another place where he could have put bate. Again not his fault. But tech was helpful & agreeable. (Infestation is severe so will take a few times to clear.).
As of August 2025 my review remain unchanged. Phil C is meticulous, pays attention to detail. As a health care professional I appreciate how he handles the products with good and safe personal hygiene technique. Subsequently, my follow up visit has not changed he is consistent!
