Live Termites, treated a year ago, very expensive but it included 5 years of annual inspections. Inspections don't seem to matter much unless there is obvious signs of live Termites which you should be able to see on your own if you look for them. But the Orkin inspections give you a piece of mind. So this was a prepaid visit bundled with the original treatment cost.
