My tech Nathaniel was knowledgeable and gave great feedback. I will be implementing all the changes he recommended. Thankful to find a company that is reasonable and works in my budget.
We had a contract, dude didn't come for 2 months then lied to my face about it when he did show up. I asked him to leave and then orkin canceled our contract because the man that showed up (who was at least a foot taller than me) "felt threatened" by me- a woman in a nightgown with 2 chihuahuas who didn't even open the door all the way. So in summary, go with a different company.
