Called on a weekend. Got someone that wasn't paying attention and took them a minute to realize they had a call. Then they wanted $100+ for an inspection. When I said I would do a quote or free inspection, but I was not paying up front, they argued with me about how they were the only ones that can guarantee to get rid on the pests. That isn't true, and I said so and the guy doubled down, so I hung up. I have numerous properties, this is not the company for me.
I could not be at my sister’s home when the service was done but the person doing work inside the house tells me all went well.
Knowledgeable. Took the time to explain things, give tips, gave me the knowledge to make an informed decision, easy to choose what services would be good for me, and when I decided to try and treat on my own the process to cancel was effortless. My service technician was pleasant, arrived in time, and knowledgeable as well.
