Had an appointment Saturday the 18th. Tech did not show. I called to ask why not and they said he is on the way. Never showed. I have called twice to talk to a manager. Was told one would call me back shortly. No one ever called me back. Beyond unacceptable. They act like they do not care if they have my business. Come tomorrow they wont!

Excellent customer service
The technician was friendly and their team found the entry point(s); however, the remedies they executed were not done properly. I paid over $300 for them to stuff my walls with steel wool vs a permanent solution like a spray foam. They also jacked up my garage door trying to "seal" where rodents and insects to get in... Overall, I would not recommend their services. I am disappointed in how much it cost me just to have to fix it myself.
