The gentlemen that came to my home were highly professional and very amicable. I called Terminix for a free inspection before I called Orkin and all I got was AI voice and no one was a help. The guys from Orkin did not try to upsell me or make me pay for anything outside of what I requested. They were also very thorough and answered every question that I had. I had an appointment with an 8am-10am window for a home pest inspection. EJ called at 8am to let me know he would be at my home shortly and arrived only a few minutes later. He was very polite and professional, and did a very thorough inspection of my home.
