Joseph with Orkin arrived in the time window we'd been given, explained things and answered questions thoroughly, was confident and competent. Overall, a great experience.
Technician came on time, even earlier than anticipated. However, she did a sloppy job of removing the nest and did not even clean the deck… disappointing.
They were able to come first thing the next morning and took care of the nest we knew about and one we didn’t! Fantastic service, Dennis was super friendly and knowledgeable. We’re excited to be able to play outside with the kids and not worry!
