Recently switched to Orkin after having a terrible experience with another local pest control company. The process was so smooth and every person I encountered with the company was very helpful. The Customer Service Rep, Jonathan, booked my appointment. He was very detailed regarding my treatment plan and coverage. My family is very pleased with our initial service. Our technician, Juan, is very nice and knowledgeable. He will return next week to spray the exterior. I am glad that we chose Orkin!
