My experience with Orkin didn’t start out horrible but it definitely ended up that way. First of all they charge more than $50 for a house that’s less than 1000 sqft when my parents house is over 3000 sqft and they pay $30 a month. But that’s not what made me the most upset. They came the first time to treat our house for fleas and that ended up working out really well because we were dealing with a pretty bad infestation at the time and they did get rid of those for us. I have been paying Orkin for 6 months with no result. They come every month and I have watched the service man 2 pumps inside Outside the garage and 2 squirts backyard. I had to force them to come inside last month but I'm still seeing roaches everywhere. We are not nasty people. I have a cleaning lady come every 2 weeks and we don't allow food to be out overnight...so if your spraying every month why am I not seeing any results.

If you get the service technician Todd, you're going to appreciate the service. Customer service over the phone is poor. A different technician came by today, did the outside of the house and then left without saying anything. When I called customer service they said I need to reread my agreement because the service is for outside only and inside upon request. I've also had to call when they double billed me.
