Our technician Todd is wonderful! He’s just such a nice guy and you can tell he loves his job and loves life. We look forward to his visits and he does an outstanding job servicing our house. We have had no pest problems since starting with Orkin. Give Todd a raise!
Charged me 25% more with no notice. Representative said that it’s in the service agreement that the price can change at any time. Being on a fixed income, felt it necessary to cancel. Who knows what the next bill will be? And why use a company that doesn’t have the decency to shoot you a text or email about an increase.
I cancelled the service because of pest uncontrol. I called you twice to cancel the service, , but you simply kept charging me.
We are pleased with our service today. Jim was friendly, courteous, and knowledgeable about our house. James, a manager, arrived to explain everything and I was impressed with his explanation and efficiency. Thank you for your great service.
