Lied about keeping mice out of the house. They won't honor the guarantee on this service which cost $4400 which includes a four year service contract. Very poor customer service from the Manteno, Illinois location.
I had 2 technicians come here yesterday to spray, powder and get ride of the yellow jackets. $357 dollars and today the issues is not solved and WAY worse. I called to have someone come out again like Orkin policy says they will, (we keep coming out till your happy - IM NOT HAPPY) but was pushed off by a secretary and can’t get them back out here for a week.
