The service guy Jacob was very thorough, kind, professional, personalable and respectful. He was going to be later than my scheduled time but he notified me prior to that time to let me know. I appreciated that, and I was fine with it.
Happy i chose Orkin. Directions to prepare house prior to treatment were clear. Exterminator who arrived introduced himself and went over everything he will b doing and answered all my questions. Went over post treatment findings and patiently listened to my questions and thoroughly answered as well
