Joshua had great customer service over the phone, he had a great personality and easy to get across what work i needed done. Sent someone out same day. Timzell was the technician who arrived, he was awesome! Helped inform me on what he had to do to prevent any future bugs from coming in and took care of everything i needed in that moment as well. I will continue to use Orkin in the future
Alonzo was thorough and was genuinely concerned about our satisfaction. The original inspection done by a manager used a hard sell to sign me up for monthly terminate/pest control over an extended period of time. That would be very expensive and unnecessary since he did not locate any terminates, only ants. The cost to treat the existing ants appears to have been successful after a few days. Time will tell.
