As usual, service was professional and efficient.
The show up unannounced. They have been told repeatedly that I need to be notified when they are coming so I can make arrangements for them to gain access. The service manager had told me he was going to replace my crawl space door with a new one, that never happened. I paid for material, twice the amount that was actually used, and not refunded the difference. I was also told when I paid the 10k for their services that I was covered for 5 years, also not factual.Just please call me and make arrangements before you come out ... read more
