I contacted Orkin today. Each of the three people I spoke or met with listened and answered my questions. Catherine, my initial contact was very personable and knowledgeable. She set up a time just 3 hours later for me to meet with Nathan for an assessment of my home. They heard my concerns about toxic and poisonous materials. When Mike came in the afternoon I felt quite confident about health and safety issues. He set up traps, bait etc for the rodent problems.
I greatly appreciate that I got a text and phone call heads up that they were on their way! And our specialist was great! Very quick and efficient, and mindful of our safety (we had a wasp problem). If I ever need pest control services again, I'll definitely be going through Orkin!
