So we signed up for Orkins service Today. We are taking the approach to have your service to keep the critters out. Preston came out today was very courteous and professional. Explained everything to us and what to expect. We appreciated his knowledge. Only knock i had was he was an Alabama fan...just kidding! Richard
Sid is so very nice and efficient. Always asks if we have any issues or areas he needs to concentrate on. Been using Orkin for several years.
First visit went good. Was told they would return in 10 to 14 days for a follow up spray. If not heard from them in that time frame to call. I called was told on schedule for 10-15-25. Received text saying it would be 10-17-25 between 8-10a.m.. Showed up sprayed outside and left because after changing dates other people had to work also but still at fault. Not a good day. Keep scheduled visits or give more notice.
Preston was great! He gave us some tips on how to better keep pests out, which sounded obvious once we learned them, but hadn’t thought of them before. Was happy to give us encouragement that the roaches WILL be taken care of. And he even helped my husband chase our dogs and turkeys as they got loose when he was here . Thanks Preston, thanks Orkin
These guys are Amazing they came out for a second spray when we needed them to. My only complaint is you can't talk to someone directly at the local office but the people you do talk to are friendly and helpful. My first visit was about $160 and then about $50 monthly
