The inspectors was very observant and looked throughout the house and garage. They were on time and very professional.

Our service tech was a nice and polite guy, but at the end of the day, we had to change companies as our spider/insect issues got much worse over the course of our treatments from Orkin. We reached out to them and gave them the opportunity to step up on the treatment, but they did not. Regarding their satisfaction guarantee, please note that you will still be charged the contract price, subject to a 30-day advance cancellation notice. Nice folks, I just wish they could kill bugs….
