Not thrilled with the customer service I received but the ants are dead. The in person tech Jason was the best part of the whole experience. He helped us with wasp nets and carpenter ants. After a few visits I noticed improvements of ant problem. Other than that I called to discuss the billing which seemed higher than my quote and the service rep had a very "what do you want me to do about it" attitude. I asked to cancel services. This was the absolute worst experience with a “professional” company I have ever experienced. My pregnant girlfriend was getting bit by fleas about 30 times every night so we called orkin and they assured us for they’re over priced $500 treatment that after the first time they came they would all be gone it would be safe to bring our animals back and we MIGHT see a couple hatch over the next few weeks. ⭐ 1 Star — Avoid Orkin for Bat Remediation I hired Orkin in summer 2024 for bat remediation after two bats were found in my home. I paid over $3,000 and was promised a two-year warranty. Since then, four more bats have entered my living space despite multiple visits from Orkin. The team failed to install bat cones, despite acknowledging this was the only reliable way to ensure bats had left.
