Hampton is so sarcastic I could barely stand being on the phone the sad thing is I loved their product but between the over billing and use of saved credit cards that they did NOT. Have permission to save or USE I had to leave it’s a shame because they actually have a good product . Wish things were different. Oh and also just fyi with this over billing has come some so said collection company that only texts me about this which screams SCAMMMM to me .
My service agent was extra polite, walked through my entire house inside and out, and answered all of my questions. Unlike one of their major competitors, Orkin makes and keeps appointments with me which I greatly appreciate.
