Resolved. There are some problems, but in general management seems to be dedicated to trying to resolve any problem that occurs amicably.
Orkin has provided quality service at a reasonable price for over 20 years. I very rarely encounter pests of any kind, despite living in a town surrounded by farmland. I recommend them highly. Others may cost a bit less but are not near the quality of Orkin
