Friendly technician.
Steve provided great customer service at our first service. He walked us through how the servicing would go and was very knowledgeable about pests and treatment.
Second time leaving this review. Tech came out did not do the job discussed. But did degrade his own daughter to myself, husband and our daughter. Office is giving me the run around about a refund. Then finally after calling corporate I’m getting a partial refund to my card and the rest sent in check form. Office said it’s the only way to do multiple refunds to one card. BBB has been notified of the situation as well as corporate. Don’t delete my honest review of your company solely because it casts you in a negative light.
