The guy you sent to my house today was not regular tech. In the past, I was not pleased and I was not impressed today either. Today he was on his cell the entire seven minutes he spent at my house. He was not wearing an Okrin uniform. If it weren't for the that he had a company car, I wouldn't have known he worked for the company. Please, ask the tech to stay focus on the services I pay for. What is seven minutes?
