I’ve had a roach issue I’ve been dealing with for about a year. My last company couldn’t solve the problem and I’ve always had trouble with scheduling service. After switching to Orkin my technician Steve has come out the past 3 months and there’s been a significant decrease! Why in the world are your employees putting their garbage on my lawn when I'm not even the customer. This is ridiculous and unsanitary.
It seems like every apartment building in Waukegan has a roach problem, so when we moved in here, I figured the last tenant spilled some sugar. It wasn't sugar, the landlord had doused the cabinets in boric acid, and there were dead roaches. I asked the other tenants if there were any bugs, and one of them told me "Yeah, roaches." I asked if the landlord did anything. He replied, "Yeah, send a guy out for 30 seconds that doesn't do anything."
