Called for a service and the “customer service” representative was embarrassingly clueless and lied to me on cost, those calls are recorded so that is WILD. Obviously won’t be utilizing their services, I would avoid and stick to a local company!
I used Orkin Vernon Hills for a termite problem in my home. I was satisfied with with inspection and the work itself. The inspector was clear and professional, the when they team came to do the required work, they did such a good job with cleanup that I would have had no idea anyone was in my home. I have had issues following initial service. The company contacted me to schedule a time to do a quality check on the work they completed.
