Unfortunately they have been unresponsive. They promised service. Have repeatedly rescheduled us to their convenience rather than the infestation we have. When we didn’t immediately buy into their upgraded services, we now have not heard anything or received the promise report from the inspector today with proof of the claims they provided. The company has been unresponsive. Avoid if you can.
I used Orkin Vernon Hills for a termite problem in my home. I was satisfied with with inspection and the work itself. The inspector was clear and professional, the when they team came to do the required work, they did such a good job with cleanup that I would have had no idea anyone was in my home. I have had issues following initial service. The company contacted me to schedule a time to do a quality check on the work they completed.
