Tony Chambers came right over to inspect an issue we had. Not only was he kind and friendly, he was professional and pointed out things I needed to watch for. He didn’t hard sell me on things I didn’t need, gave options if I wanted to do preventive treatment. Will definitely be using him and Orkin in the future.
I scheduled an appointment with Orkin on 7/19. The appointment was for 7/28. Nobody from Orkin ever showed up, or called to tell me they weren’t coming. I called customer service that night and the following day I received email and phone call from Bangor. The person who was supposed to come do my service was now on vacation and told them we spoke and I declined the service. Which never happened. I Used them before to spray one of my rental homes, loved the service, everything went excellent. 10 out of 10, Recently tried to use them for another property and you wouldn't do it unless I did a silly annual contract which makes no sense for a rental unit. So disappointing thar companies have become so anti customer.
No call, no show. Scheduled an appointment for 6/11 between 12pm and 2pm and they never called or showed up.
Our serviceman was very polite and respectful at our home. We have had a few issues over the winter and he explained what he could do and was able to remedy the problem. He was thourough in treating our home. We would recommend him as an outstanding employee representing your company.
