Austin is a really good technician! I use Propel a natural rodent deterrent. It works really well.
Very disappointed with Orkin. They currently service both my business location and my residential so when we bought a new house we of course called them to start service there. Weeks have passed and phone calls and emails have gone unanswered. Needless to say they will be losing all three accounts.
