After having had the service for 1-yr, I had to find another provider. I contracted for mice control for a 2000sf townhome in Fairfax VA. After the initial treatment during which they charged $1200 for insulation replacement and spraying, the problem came back several months later. Despite I was on a 1-yr contract and paying 65 each month, I was told that I need to pay separate for spraying or other mice control work. It only covers for glue traps I suppose. Great, very detailed and trustworthy technicians. Techs are always pleasant and ready to explain what they are doing.
Don’t hire them. They are expensive, not professional and have left an absolute mess everywhere. We hired them over two weeks ago for a rat problem in our basement. They talked us into insulation in the crawl space and re-doing insulation in the attic (preventative, no evidence of rats or mice there) with removal of the old. The exclusion was unsuccessful, the rats just dug new holes and they have not come by to fix those. On top, they had me clean out the space first.
