If there was a zero this would be my rating. My mom has a contract from 1980 with Orkin. Her house has been inspected for termites yearly since 1980. On the yearly inspection it was determined there had been old termite activity but no active activity. My mom's contract states that Orkin would retreat the whole house and also be responsible for the repairs. Orkin came out and only treated the portion which is an unfinished garage.
