Whatever you do, find ANY business other than Orkin for bat mitigation. They may do some things well, but bat mitigation isn't it. It's almost embarrassing how much money we spent to re-do insulation, clean everything out, and then install the bat mitigation devices (I don't recall the technical names). After everything was done, I had to chase them down for follow up visits. We're now in our second winter and can confirm (via our regular pest control) that the bats are back. Won’t try to solve your problem, will only put a bandaid on it to get more money out of you. Sent a guy to my home that made up all of these imaginary problems to get money and take advantage of me. This entire time I’ve had a dead squirrel in my chimney which was causing flies. I was told that there was no way there was a dead animal in my chimney because I didn’t smell anything and because that’s not what type of fly it was.. WRONG
