I'm posting for a family member who doesn't have a phone to use Google... I would not recommend this specific branch of Orkin. After forking over $1,800 for one treatment and still being left with a horrible infestation, we're highly unimpressed! We followed all preparation procedures! The 30 day guarantee is a joke and the secondary treatment that was done when the first treatment failed, also failed! Waste of money and effort on our end! I called Sunday due to discovering yellow jackets eating through my wall. A TON of them. They were able to make me an appointment for the next day with an arrival time between 1-5. We waited around all day, instead of getting done what was needed and they never came. Never called. When I tried to call at 5:05pm it directed me to the 24 hour line then that line directed me to their office, no answer.
