Zero stars. Orkin was a disaster from the start. During my 6 month service, the technician, David, couldn’t manage basic professionalism. I had to repeatedly ask him to wear booties, and half the time he showed up without them, even refusing to come inside during an active ant problem because he “didn’t have any.” If a technician is stomping through attics full of rodent feces and still refuses to wear booties in my home, that tells you everything about Orkin’s standards. I don't even know where to begin with my experience with Orkin. I decided to give them a try during the rainy season because I wanted to get ahead of potential pest and mosquito problems so my family and I could actually enjoy our outdoor space. Unfortunately, the entire experience has been one frustrating issue after another.
