We have been working with Kia as our tech in our Jax restaurant nearly all the years we have been in business. The service is fantastic, the application and maintenance done to our property to keep us bug free in a tropical state is the best around! First let's talk about Sarah in the office, she is awesome and so very patient and professional. She makes things happen. Now let me talk about our technician Robert, well he is a true godsend. It was bad and that's being nice, but Robert ALWAYS does such a through job. Its taken some time however we are finally seeing the light at the end of the tunnel. I don't know why they have the rating the have. They just sprayed Thursday and there's still cockroaches in my CPAP machine let alone crawling around the floor. I just moved my sheets and there was one in my bed. I know I'm in Florida but I think they spray food around because no matter how much they come there's still cockroachs little and big. I didn't know there were 3 kinds around here
