DO NOT USE!! TOTAL FAILURE!!! Orkin "treated" my mother's house for squirrel intrusion to the tune of $12,000. The "treatment' did nothing and now the squirrels are back in the house and Orkin is ignoring our calls. CALL ANYB9DY ELSE!!!
Michelle was wonderful. Quick and efficient just like I prefer. She was extra awesome today, she helped to save my elderly dog's life. She got my attention as he was choking on a treat. She was on the floor with me ready to assist me any way she could. She is a part of the family now and forever.

I haven't had a full/complete service from them yet! The "inspector" was the only tech that came to my home with his own ladder to be able to access my attic! I've had total of 4 visits, and I had to go purchase a ladder myself, JUST so Orkin techs could access my attic. But I'm so confused, because in the beginning they claim to inspect and ensure every inch of my home, but how can that be done if they dont have ladders to access attics??? But orkin definitely still charges you FULL price, for services they claim to provide... read more
