Darryl was completely thorough, explained everything he was going to do today & future visits & when he would return. We're HIGHLY satisfied with his work today.
Going down hill. Need to find service people who can read. 5 th time out of 6 didn't follow instructions. I call everytime they say the instructions are there. But still miss coming one of my areas. Called Today lady was nice but manager never called back as they said they would and no one went back to finish the job.
I should’ve went with my gut instinct and listened to everyone’s advice that told me not to sign up with Orkin because it’s a total scam. I purchased my first house. I signed up for the Orkin seasonal mosquito package That seemed like a good deal at the time. The tech Travis came out it was a very bad experience they replaced him with Mark. Jim was fantastic! He was very professional, upbeat, and a wealth of information. He explained in detail what was done and what should have been completed when our house was "sealed". The best part was he explained why!
