The Orkin tec, Josh arrived, was very knowledgeable, explained every step of the yellowjacket elimination and was great. He even let us see the hive. The best, I highly recommend Orkin, Queensbury, NY.
Had a very helpful and great conversation with Jonathan. Very funny and was able to give me an estimate and appointment in less than 5 minutes. I never leave reviews, but again Jonathan was great. Probably the best customer service I've ever had. It may be a little pricey, but if it gets rid of the bugs I'm good with paying $97 a month. Orkin, give my boy Jonathan a raise, definitely deserves one.
Kurtis is very thorough. He explained everything that he was planning to do and asked me about other services I might need. Friendly and knowledgeable.
We had our regular bi-monthly service done. Nick is very nice. Always good service.
